Print preview

Main menu command File ⇒ Print Preview shows data report print preview using selected template. Print Preview window caption also contains selected template name.

On following image is shown Print Preview window with Events report template.

Print preview window commands
Go To Page Moves to entered page.
Find Finds entered text in report.
Print Sends previewed report to printer.
Exit Closes preview window.
Export report

Exports report data in one of following formats:

  • Crystal Reports (*.rpt),
  • Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf),
  • Microsoft Excel (*.xls),
  • Microsoft Word (*.doc),
  • Rich Text Format (*.rtf).
Zoom Page zooming (magnification or reduction of page size in preview window).
