DC Discovery alarm monitoring software suite works only on 64-bit operating systems, listed in following article: Operating systems.
In basic there are only three prerequisites for DC Discovery to work properly:

.NET Framework 4.5,

- SQL Server Express 2012.
For DC Discovery Client installation, SQL Server Express 2012 is not required, resulting in only two prerequisites:
- .NET Framework 4.5 and
- Crystal Reports Redistributables for Visual Studio 2015.
Depending on operating system version additional prerequisites are required for SQL Server installation. Following table contains ordered list of recommended installations and belonging operating sytems:
